From Local Startup to National Franchise
I partnered with Big Blue Swim School from its early growth stage, helping shape the visual identity as it expanded from two local locations into a national franchise. The work included brand system development, marketing materials, signage, environmental graphics, and digital touchpoints, all built to keep the swim school bright, recognizable, and approachable for families while supporting a more polished image at scale. As the business grew, the brand system supported new markets, multiple funding rounds, and the company's 2017 acquisition by Level 5 Capital Partners.

After a 2020 refresh by another agency, I continued extending the brand through an illustration system and large-scale environmental graphics for new locations.
